A little known fact is that "Vicks vapor rub" is not for children and can be very dangerous if used, it can loosen the mucus so quickly and inflame the air passages making it hard to breath or cause choking or even suffocation.
With the season of colds and stuffy noses upon us, you need to have something on hand so I started looking for recipes and research. I make this for our family by blending soothing essential oils that can help cold symptoms that are safe for children. This formula is dedicated to easing congestion, cough, and sinus discomfort in a manner that is both effective and suitable for children.
