A few weeks ago we were out of town and I had taken one of my favorite essential oil blends with us. Someone was having allergy issues and not being able to breath well. I offered her some of my oil and later that day she remarked how much it had helped and could she get some. When I came home I was going to order some, but then thought... I really need to try to make this so I know that I can.
I've been eagerly researching and collecting essential oils to recreate this favorite essential oil blends. We use it for soothing tight muscles and clearing airways! 🌿 After an extensive search, I've discovered a recipe that closely resembles it and I've named this new creation the EarthEssence Breath Blend.
Picture this: you're battling annoying allergies with a stuffy nose or muscle tension, and you're in need of some natural relief. That's where the EarthEssence Essential Oil blend comes in – a thoughtfully crafted combination of wintergreen, menthol, camphor, clove, eucalyptus, and lavender essential oils, formulated to address those pesky symptoms head-on.
We've been putting this blend to the test, it's been a fantastic addition to our wellness arsenal. Not only does it effectively clear up nasal congestion and soothe achy muscles, but it also boasts a delightful aroma that's reminiscent of a breath of fresh air!
A little goes a long ways. I have put this in roller bottles for easier application. For stuffy nose apply a little to your fingertip and breathe in taking deep breaths. Topically it can be used for plugged ears or eustatian tubes by rubbing some downward from the ear to the throat. Rubbing on the temples or back of the neck also helps headaches. For sore muscles roll along the muscle and let it soak in. This is a great remedy to stick in your pocket to have with you when you are away from home.
